Photo identification is required when checking in to vote in person, those voting by mail must include a photocopy of an acceptable photo ID with their ballot.
Only voters within the Garner municipal boundaries are eligible to vote for Town Council.

You can register to vote and vote during early voting. You cannot register to vote and vote on election day (November 4th).
